The One Full Round for Teachers Support Pack has been created to help schools and trusts build fertility-inclusive workplaces where staff undergoing fertility treatment are treated with dignity, compassion, and fairness.

Teaching is an intense profession, and for staff experiencing IVF, miscarriage, or reproductive health challenges, balancing medical appointments, emotional wellbeing, and workload can be overwhelming. This pack provides practical guidance to ensure no teacher is left unsupported or forced out of the profession in silence.

What the Support Pack Includes:

• Guidance on setting up a Fertility Support Group in schools, including confidentiality, leadership buy-in, and peer support structures (page 3).

• A curated list of recommended organisations and resources, such as Fertility Network UK, ACAS, Tommy’s, and Education Support, to help schools create robust and legally informed fertility policies (pages 5–6).

• Ready-to-use risk assessment templates to support staff undergoing treatment, including adjustments after embryo transfer, physical health considerations, and mental health protections (pages 7–9).

This pack is designed to support schools in taking meaningful action — not just through awareness, but through policy, protection, and culture change.
